Activities Information: Just a quick note to remind you to take pictures at your activities so that we can put them into our photo gallery to share with everyone. Thank-you. NOTE: Please use the following guidelines when you are registering to participate in a field trip or activity. The contact person has gone to a lot of trouble, and following these guidelines should ensure the smooth running of all trips and activities. If registering for a activity by e-mail, ask and ensure you receive a confirmation from the contact person. If you are canceling after registering for a trip or event DO NOT use e-mail. Please call and speak directly to the contact person and NOT the children of the home. If you register for an activity and do not show up, you will still be required to pay the organizer the amount due. Be EARLY for the event. Our group's reputation of being reliable affects trips that can be booked in the future. The behaviour of participants reflects on the group as a whole and affects our ability to book trips. The adult registering for the event is responsible for the children under his/her care.
